We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Harper Wilde essentials, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Decide whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your unworn items into the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point; we will process your refund as soon as the package is scanned.
